Even the skinniest person you know has insecurities. Everyone wants to improve constantly.

PLUS no one will be looking at you as they will all be focusing on ME to get the moves right (and before you say you have no coordination, don't worry about it; you get to burn the same calories even if you are going in the opposite direction (and i guarantee there are a few in class who go the wrong way. It's part of the fun).

So let me ask you this:

  1. WHAT is stopping you from working out? Shy/insecure? We’ve covered this above. Plus there are people of all ages and sizes in our classes, no judgement and great vibes. There is no dancing experience needed for our classes, everyone follows at their own intensity.
